How to lead effectively? Which direction to go in? What can an individual learn to improve their leadership abilities? These are all questions that we must ask ourselves as leaders. In this post, I will give you a look into the 4 different types of leadership and the many impacts that they have on a team. I am going to divide this into four parts. The 1st part will look at the top-down leadership styles, then the 2nd part will be about the 3rd top-down style, the 3rd top-down style will look at the 1st kind of leadership, then the 4th will be about the 2nd kind of leadership. I hope that you will be able to take something away from this post. I plan on creating more in the future and more importantly, I hope to start incorporating some of these into my program here at Rainmaker Training.
